The Assessment and Internship Coordinator for the WSU Vancouver School of Engineering and Computer Science is responsible for the coordination of assessment and internship activities.
This position uses a variety of means to collect, present, and retain program data and materials as required by undergraduate and graduate accrediting agencies for the assessment of the Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering programs.
This position also coordinates student internships and other unit activities related to engineering and computer science including on-campus and off-site functions.
High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of experience in the program specialty OR equivalent education/experience.
Two years of full time experience in developing, maintaining, and/or using record systems.
Highly proficient with spreadsheet development including at least two of the following: linked spreadsheets, advanced formulas, statistical, and/or graphing elements.
A Bachelor’s degree in business, management, education, accounting, or other field closely related to the duties.
Two years of experience with administrative type responsibilities at a clerical level or higher including using presentation software (for example, PowerPoint).
Experience working with assessment data.
Experience coordinating meetings.
